IT WAS A GOOD HOTEL, CLEAN AND VERY COURTEOUS CHEK IN, THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT MANY CHOICES IN MY CASE IT WAS INCLUDED. 15 MINUTES WALKING UP THE HIL YOU FIND THE AREA OF THE SOFIA INFANT HOSPITAL WITH LOT OF CAFES, RESTAURANTS. I STAYED ONLY 1 NIGHT TO FLIGHT OUT OF MADRID TO USA, BUT IS WAS A GOOD EXPERIANCE. IT IS A LITTLE FAR FROM THE AIRPORT MAYBE 20 MINUTES DRIVE, NO (FREE) OR PAYING SHUTTLE, THERE IS A METRO GOING TO THE HOSPITAL SOFIA INFANT, BUT YOU WILLNEED TO WALK TO THE HOTEL ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON A STIP ROAD. ALL OTHER WAS GOOD

I stayed at this hotel overnight during a connection, and everything was perfectly fine. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed. Arriving late at night, I appreciated the 24-hour reception, which was incredibly helpful. When a friend forgot something in the taxi, the reception staff went above and beyond, speaking with the driver on our behalf since we didn’t speak Spanish. Their kindness and assistance made the stay very smooth. Overall, a great experience!

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is well-situated for the centre of San Sebastián de los Reyes and near the metro and bus stops for travel into Madrid city centre. It is good value for money and we will definitely stay there again.

Staff great, room lovely, the underground parking was very secure but incredibly difficult to manoeuvre in! I drove a ford mondeo standard 5 door and getting out was a struggle as the angles are tight, did not scrape my car but the walls were multi-coloured with unfortunate souls who couldn’t negotiate the turns! If you’re driving a large family car better park on the street…

Staff were lovely, both the receptionist and the catering staff for breakfast were really helpful. The room was clean and had a kettle plus some tea and coffees. Breakfast was as described. Would definitely recommend

Location and helpful staff. Early entry for room as morning arrival which was important for a short stay. Breakfast was fine but choice limited compared with other hotels but expected as Express genre

The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom. There was also a good supply of coat hangers and a chair and desk. We also appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The inclusive breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.

Very pleasant experience from the check-in to the check-out. The hotel staff were very professional and polite. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very comfortable, parking was not an issue. Breakfast! One of the best that we had! Thank you very much to everyone at this hotel for doing such a great job!
